Our Kent-based technicians specialise in commercial catering equipment. We can repair, maintain, supply and install all the following equipment and more.
All our engineers all line in, and mainly work in Kent, so should you experience a breakdown and need to get back and running fast, we’ll be right there. From Dartford to Dover, Sheerness and Tonbridge we work in all areas across Kent.
We operate weekend emergency calls and endeavour to reach you within 48hrs (ideally on the same day!) to conduct our catering equipment repairs across Kent.
What’s more, we prefer to use branded parts rather than cheap counterparts, as we recognise the importance in maintaining your catering equipment for longer. Our fleet of service vehicles are well-stocked with all the tools we need as well as the most common parts, so we can get things fixed as quickly as possible.
Gas & Electric Cooking Appliances
These are the heart beat of any commercial kitchen. Not only do they need to be working at peak efficiency you also need to know they are safe to use at all times. Legislation surrounding gas safe rules can be confusing. Our Gas Safe Qualified Engineers are well trained with a wealth of experience to detect and resolve gas related issues.
We have special access to our manufactures technical departments to help resolve those more difficult issues. Our priority is safety for you and your staff, we can offer advice and guidance over the phone or of course an engineers visit. Your equipment will be repaired to the manufacturers original specifications and will meet recognized Gas Safe standards.
Where this is not possible we will discuss all the options with you for the quickest safest resolution.
We can also complete Gas Safety Tests for your Commercial Kitchen Equipment. This is a legal requirement where ever gas is used in a commercial setting. This needs to be tested every year, and is a separate test to any gas used in the building. A Gas Safety Test works hand in hand with your extraction system.
Dishwashers & Glasswashers
From the smallest 9 pint Glasswasher that sits under your bar to the largest bespoke made Flight Dishwasher in it own room, we have had years of experience in servicing and repairs of this type of equipment.
We know how disruptive a failed commercial dishwasher can be in the middle of service. We can often help just over the phone and have on many occasions staved off disaster at 5pm on a Friday evening.
We can assist in training your staff how to best use them, clean them and keep them running at their best.
Our engineering team have trained with manufacturers such as Winterhalter, Maidaid and Sammic. We have great relationships with their technical engineers and are kept up to date on new ideas and procedures.
Our service engineers carry a large stock of replacement parts, so can usually get the machine up and running during their first visit, which is our aim for all types of repair.
