The cost of waiting until it breaks
However, a walk-in that fails on a Friday doesn't just cost a repair bill. It costs the spoiled stock, the covers you can't serve, and the regulars who don't rebook.
As a result, most Kent kitchens run their equipment until something stops working, then scramble for an engineer mid-service. By then the combi is down, the lunch is on, and you're paying emergency rates to react to a fault that a planned service would have caught months earlier — a worn door seal, a furred-up heat exchanger, a gas valve drifting out of spec.
The Advantage Service Agreement is a planned maintenance agreement for commercial kitchens across Kent built around the opposite approach: a structured annual service that finds the faults before they find you, keeps your equipment running to manufacturer specification, and puts you at the front of the queue on the rare occasion something does go wrong.
In addition, It is the difference between managing your kitchen's reliability and being managed by it.
What your annual service visit includes
In particular, every Advantage Service Agreement includes a structured annual visit by a manufacturer-trained engineer, returning your equipment to specification:
In addition, minor adjustments and small repairs are carried out during the visit where practical. Where parts or larger repairs are needed, these are quoted separately — with agreement-holder discount applied.
What being on the agreement gets you
Specifically, priority engineer attendance
Agreement holders are attended within 24 working hours in 90% of cases, with priority over non-contract callers when equipment fails.
Additionally, 10% off every repair
An automatic 10% discount on labour and parts for any Advantage engineer call-out, applied to the invoice — no need to ask.
Planned, not reactive

Where we cover
Consequently, the Advantage Service Agreement is built around the Kent coverage where our engineers can commit to the priority response that makes the agreement worth having.
For example, This covers the bulk of east and central Kent — including Folkestone, Dover, Deal, Canterbury, Ashford, Hythe, Whitstable, Faversham, Sandwich and Margate.
Sites outside the core zone — including parts of Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells — can still go on an agreement, but response is typically next working day rather than priority same-zone. We'll talk it through honestly case-by-case rather than over-promising.
Trusted on agreement across Kent
Furthermore, Kent operators — including schools and public-sector kitchens — rely on the Advantage Service Agreement to keep their equipment compliant and running.
